Why can't I stream to other providers when streaming to Facebook?

In the past Facebook prevented users from streaming to other providers if you were already streaming to Facebook. They have recently changed their policies and you can now stream to Facebook and other providers with vMix 23.
 
If you are using an older version of vMix you'll still receive the following message when attempting to stream to Facebook and other destinations-
Streaming to other providers is not permitted when using the Facebook destination.
 
In order to bypass this, you will need to manually stream to Facebook by selecting the Custom RTMP Server option from the Destination dropdown menu. For instructions, please see the manual instructions (below the video) from the below link:
