Wire transfer payment method
Wire transfer is supported as payment method and can be selected during the order process.
Please note wire transfers can take 5 business days or more to be received, and licenses cannot be issued until this time.
If after 5 business days the payment has not been received, please follow the steps below:

2. Where it says "Submit a support ticket" click the Contact Customer Support link
3. Fill in your details ensuring to include the order reference number and upload a copy of the Wire Transfer receipt from your bank.
