SRT URLs commonly look like the following:

 

 

These should be separated out to fill in the fields in vMix:

 

Hostname: Just the IP address or hostname, for example 1.2.3.4 as per the example above. Do not include srt:// the port or any other values.
Port: This is the number after the hostname. In the above example 10000 
Type: Caller in the example above, also called "mode"
Passphrase: thepassword as per the example above

 

There may be other settings in the URL as well, simply put the value of these (the part after the =) in the relevant fields in the vMix settings.
